The Royal Irish Academy of Music's 2016 Opera Season begins in January with Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte, directed by Tom Creed, conducted by Andrew Synnott, lighting design by Paul Keogan, with set and costume designs by students from the Design for Stage and Screen at IADT, Dun Laoghaire. Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute) is one of the greatest works of art about being young and the struggle to emerge into adulthood.
